The Project Office at “Ukshin Hoti” University is dedicated to establishing projects, aiming the enhancement of the intellectual capacity for academic and scientific research across all academic units. We are committed to engage in the improvement and implementation of an integrated educational system in the management of Quality Assurance.

Main duties:

  1. Leads and coordinates staff activities during the planning cycle and project management.
  2. Ensures the optimization of internal resources during project planning.
  3. Identifies potential donors for University development opportunities and sends all new calls for applications to be published.
  4. Supports professors and researchers in identifying, pursuing, and securing funds for projects.
  5. Supervises the implementation of all projects supported by external funds.
  6. Prepares all documentation for payment within the projects.
  7. Ensures that the projects undertaken by the staff conform to the sponsor’s administrative and financial policies and procedures.
  8. Performs other tasks of this nature as requested by management and in accordance with University needs.

Teuta Thaqi

Main duties:

  1. Assists the supervisor in performing office duties.
  2. Organizes informational events about international projects and provides professional support for application procedures.
  3. Assists in the financial procedures of European Union projects and other initiatives.
  4. Prepares and processes cases for payment from project funds in accordance with the regulations of the relevant projects.
  5. Ensures and regularly updates the official university website with information about projects and higher education activities.
  6. Support and assist in collaboration with other project coordinators, exchanging data with universities in the consortium.
  7. Completes documentation for the project management framework and prepares reports for each project based on the action plan.
  8. Performs other duties in accordance with laws and regulations, as reasonably required by the supervisor from time to time.
