

Simulation of cases in the Court of the Faculty of Law - International Day of Justice is celebrated
This simulation was done within the subject “Administrative Procedure” which is taught for this semester. This impromptu session took place in the Law Faculty Courtroom. Thanks to the cooperation between fellow students, the academic staff of the faculty and the academic staff of the University, students do activities that enable them to clarify, study, research and work on the procedural issues, the formal and material side that are needed from the very beginning of the Procedure until the Sessions that are held and until the announcement of the Decision in the form provided by that department of that Court.
The parties are also presented during the session, starting from the panel composed of the President and the members of the panel, the plaintiff represented by authorization by their lawyers in a “Pro Bono” manner, the plaintiff, which in this simulation was the Ministry of Justice with representatives theirs and the Record Keeper for Minutes during the session.
We thank the students, the academic staff, the Dean of the Faculty of Law, Prof. Assoc. Dr. Muharrem Faikun, the Professor of the subject in which this Simulation was made, Prof. ass. dr. Dardan Vuniqi and Assistant Ass. Milot Krasniqi (PhD c.). There will be such activities in the future as they are always beneficial to the students!
