The University in cooperation with HERAS Plus organized the following workshop, with the aim of operationalizing the Center for Excellence in Teaching (CET).

The training focused on finalizing the training Module on Modern Teaching Methodologies at the university. This was the last stage in the series of trainings and workshops organized in the process of operationalizing the Center for Excellence in Teaching. The Training of Trainers event was a continuation of the series of workshops focused on modern teaching methods, curriculum design, learning outcomes and assessment.

Prof. Asst. Dr. Zirije Hasani, Vice-Rector for teaching, student affairs and scientific research, emphasized the finalization of this module, which was done with the support of HerasPlus, as a great achievement for the University.

Nehat Dervishi, Coordinator at HERAS Plus, emphasized that they aim to advance the competences of the public staff of HEIs in the field of teaching, curriculum, preparation of didactic materials, use of equipment, e-learning, extracurricular programs, teaching related to scientific research as well as linking learning to research and community work.

So from now on, the Center for Excellence in Teaching of “Ukshin Hoti” University will have its own capacity to provide training for its own staff, but also for other educational institutions.
It is worth noting that with the completion of the Training of Trainers and the finalization of the Training Modules, the Project completed and provided support for CET in the Teaching component.
